It is a complete wood pellet line which consists of crushing process, drying process, pelleting process, cooling process.

1.The picture above is a 500kg/h wood pellet line. If you want to have 200kg/h,800kg/h or else. It is also no problem. We can design suitable machines for you.

2.If you want to have a feed pellet line.Then the appearance is same. We just need to change the pellet mill in the line into rotating die type feed pellet mill.

3.For making feed pellets, the diameter of final pellets can be 2.5-12mm. For making wood pellets, it can be 8-15mm.

4.If the moisture of your raw materials is lower than 15%,then the dryer can be removed from the line. If your raw materials is power type, then you don't need crusher or hammer mill in the line.
