According to the length of workpiece, the products adopts two processing techniques: it adopts supplying oil by the guide carriage and hydraulic clamping workpiece when the workpiece is short, and adopts supplying oil from the end of boring bar and clamped by four jaw chuck.

The innovated guide carriage structure has the advantage of heavy loading of the workpiece and high rotate precision. The guide way is treated by quenching so that it has a high rotate precision. Main parts instruction

Headstock

Feeding box

It is driven by the AC servo motor. And the lubrication in the box is oil supplied by the independent pump.

Hydraulic system
