Bridge Girder Launcher are designed for prefabricated beams assembly on bridges and viaducts construction, this is a mobile travelling crane with modular steel trusses composed by triangular section elements.
They can be connected forming two beams of 95 m length.The two 60 T. capacity traverse carriages transport loads along the trusses.
The difference between the beam launcher and a conventional travelling crane lies in its supporting carriages, which apart from the longitudinal travelling movement along the crane runway girder, they also permit the travelling of the trusses in a perpendicular direction to the crane runway girder.The main advantage of the launcher, compared to a conventional assembly with cranes, is that all the works are made above the deck of the bridge avoiding the necessary road cuts involved in the positioning of the cranes and material access.

1.100t bridge trussed launching girder Adopting full-hydraulic lifting mechanism with high reliability as front and rear supporting point to ensure the safely of supporting points.
2.Lightening and great rigidity design of guiding beam to ensure the longitudinal stability of the machine.
3.Strengthened front,middle and rear crossbeams guarantee rigidity of the complete machine and make the through-hole more stable.Specially designed reaction wheel body makes through-hole operation full-automatic.
4.100t bridge trussed launching girder Adopting adduction type integral legs to ensure the security of erecting edge beam to place at one time.
5.Skew erection for skew bridges,connection parts of each mechanism and structure all use rotating face flange for coupling,can used for erecting skew bridges of any angle from 0-45C.
6.The machine of 100t bridge trussed launching girder can erect 4 pieces of girders with the other two cranes one day,reducing construction cycle.
