Main Feature

1 After automated barrel feeding 3 ways of spraying with heat buck water or litmusless scour 2 ways of controlling .

2 Then 3 ways of spraying of sterilizing liquid, 2 ways controlling: 3 ways of spraying of ozone water, 2 ways of controlling:3 ways of spraying with asepsis water: 2 ways of controlling (total 18 washing process steps).

3 Each barrel will enter into filling machine after 240 seconds washing and spraying.

4. There are 9 washing procedures:

• Step one and two: barrels washing (inside, outside and bottom) with alkaline water (hot). Step three: Dripping.
• Step four and five: circulating washing of barrels with disinfectant.
• Step six: Disinfectant dripping.
• Step seven: inner barrel washing with sterile water.
• Step eight: pure water washing. Step nine: Pure water dripping.
