Description:

1.The complete line has washer, filler, capper three function in one body, it is the ideal equipment for pure water and mineral water. It is an ideal water filling machine for beverage factories.

2.The whole unit is made of the stainless steel,meets the demands of food hygiene,with the feature of reasonable structure,easy in operation,exact action.

3.The main electric parts use Japanese Mitsubishi, Omron. The air pressure system adopts Taiwan Airtac brand product.

4.This machine has compact structure, low floor area, high efficiency, low cost , high quality and high degree of automation.

5. After automated barrel feeding 3 ways of spraying with heat buck water or litmusless scour 2 ways of controlling .

6. Each barrel will enter into filling machine after 240 seconds washing and spraying.

7. Then 3 ways of spraying of sterilizing liquid, 2 ways controlling: 3 ways of spraying of ozone water, 2 ways of controlling:3 ways of spraying with asepsis water: 2 ways of controlling (total 18 washing process steps).

8. The washing process include alkal liquid inside and outside washing by dirty emoverluinsidea and outside washing by disinfevting water! inside and outside washing by pure water,the alkal and disinfecting water can be used cyclically.The whole washing,filling and sealing pricess is controlled by PC,and has the safe device for interlock,signal and self-detection.
