Working Theory:

The automatic cap remover is controlled by the micro-computer and the bottles are controlled by thephotoelectric signal, being transferred into the cap-removing claws by the conveyor belt withautomatic positioning. The cap removing claw is made up of 4 circle-arc petals. It is like an open hand to press the bottle neck and then tighten up the bottle cap, and lift the bottle to pull out the cap. The claw will be automatically relaxed after the cap is removed. The caps will be blowing into a cap groove. No damaging bottle neck during the cap-removing process (bottles which are not cap-removed will be moved away by the bottle sweeping cylinder.
