SMT automatic soldering robot is used completely soldering technology, absolutely no use point glue for modification. 1) spot welding and pull welding can be in plane solder, also can be in object 3D surface solder. 2) accurate movement in less than ±0.02 mm.Large information storage, a spot welding process can achieve 88 different solder spots,a pull welding process can finish 28 different kinds of pull welding.

1.SMT automatic soldering robot with material reality, the floor plate use 12 mm steel plate which it has more than twenty kinds of processing program, stand column,beam also included.Guide rail, synchronous wheeland belt are adopt “misimi” products, drive motor imported from Japan,it can ensure the accuracy of mechanical repetitive motion less than 0.02 mm.

2. Stable accurate motion control:

(1) The four axis/five axis has linked control (including wire feed control),servo/stepping drive and imported guide rail, effectively promote positioning accuracy and re-precision of welding tip in the end.

(2) Adopt high-speed operation type PLC control and advanced motion arithmetic , good reliability,strong anti-interference capability,quick-starting, motion control fast, accurate, gentle, high speed movement impact, small vibration, reset operation with high-speed.

(3)It can be set the weight of fixtures , and according to the fixtures weight for motion control algorithm optimization;Welding tip has safety height setting function,which prevent the damage of welding parts.

(4)It can be set three movement speed: automatic speed (the system automatically in the running time), manual speed (teach programming in the initial positioning), micro speed (teach programming in the accurate positioning).

3. It can record the production information (welding production, solder spot quantity, welding time, total welding time), can choose single point/designated multipoint (provisions up starting point and end point)/single/cycle solder operation mode.

4. Convenient for variety of programming model and features:

(1) The manual input mode: direct input solder spot coordinates,then on key global correction, which can realize off-line programming.If the machine has R axis (rotate axis), may it have big deviation, please chosen carefully.

(2) Teach input mode: through the operation teach box, move the corresponding axis, it can guide welding head to reach 3D space to any solder joints position, then store the need of coordinate value. In the operating process, it can choose manual speed and micro speed as request.

(3) Data replication mode: through the USB of teach box which can copy and exchange the date in different machines,and revise the whole data correction, also can realize off-line programming and data sharing,which it reduced the work of programming.If the machine has R axis (rotate axis), may it have big deviation, please chosen carefully.As if the date sharing in different types of machines ,which should consider the maximum of data in the machines.

(4) The accurate and reliable array functions: choose array starting point,end point, reference point,the last line coordinates of reference points and the last line coordinates,all of this points can proceed the array copy,improved the programming efficiency.

(5) Different general correction function: set three correction point which can make up for fixture skewing, rotation and replace welding head caused by the deviation, can avoid the unnecessary to re-check point and programming operation, reduce the maintenance of the machine, the machine efficiency are improved greatly.

(6) Synchronization parameters input function: in the position of the programming can be carried out at the same time, the solder parameters of input, modify, each solder joints of information display complete and accurate. For solder parameter type more PCB board is particularly effective. Because the solder parameters is difficult to remember and record by human.

5, Flexible and various soldering method, while support spot soldering welding and slide soldering welding at the same time,included spot soldering welding parameters 88 group and slide soldering welding parameters 28 groups,which can satisfy various difficult solder assignments and micro soldering process needs;slide soldering welding have cut-off with the solderlength and welding head displacement distance.If the customer need to weld the big welding plate PCB, which can open land fill temperature function: each solder can set different temperature parameter, in order to make up welding head temperature immediately,and prevent cold welding.

6, Iron components can be adjust from different point of view and position.
the R axis which controls solder iron can rotate 340 degrees for freely. welding head angle can be adjust for different request, also includ the wire feed position and angle.

7, Can through the external I/O interface, realize solder robots to peripheral equipment real-time control (customer required to put forward specific requirements).

8. Practical file management function:existing data files in the teach box can be display, copy, rename, delete and save to the U disk to operate. And can get the specified file from the U dish to read. The file name is less than eight numbers and words, which can make the text name is the same as drawing number of customer.

9. Adopt color LCD display, menu information abundant.

10.With cutting tin function, reduced the detonation tin phenomenon greatly .
