5-8t/h iron ore briquette press production line

This iron orebriquettepress is used to suqeeze the dry powders into the various shaped briquettes. After the raw materials are put into the hopper, they will be squeezed into the briquettes under the high pressure and temperature caused by the rotating rollers.

The main steps:

1)dryer. Moisture should be less than 15%

2)crusher. Size should be less than 5mm

3)mixer. Add the binder so they are easy to mold.

4)briquetting machine. To produce the briquettes

5)dryer. Dry the production as the moisture goes up when the materials are mixed with the binder

6)packing device.
