Application

This packing machine achieved full automation for the bag, take the bags, open bags, bagging, weighing, filling, dumping bags, folders mouth shaping, folding seam sealing bags and other operations during the production process of powders, granules, flakes of raw materials (such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, PVC, PVA, etc.)

Automatic packaging machine using the color touch screen, you can set parameters, display operating status, and have real-time online checking function to facilitate the use of different users.

1.Supply bag machine:provide air bags for the bagging machine, the operator put the air bag on the bagging machine, the rest of the action automatically conducted by the device, the part of work applying the double-disc automatically switch, each plate can store more than 200 empty bags (woven bag or paper bag), take the bag with a vacuum detection system, the situation of empty bags’ detected by detection device.

2.Bagging machine:automatic bagging machine can automatically and continuously taking bags, open bags, detecting, bagging and so on. The material in the electronic weigher will be put in the bags through the hopper, and sent to the Stand-up pouches conveyor . The part of work can realized that gripper hands catching bags , vacuum bags sucker open bags, positive and negative pressure automatic detection and discard bags.

3.Clip mouth shaping machine:finish the full bag’s shut, and ensure bags’ pocket smoothly into the seam folding machine.

4.Seam folding unit:can folding and seaming bags’ pocket automatically (for textile bags).

5.Seam heat sealing unit:can seaming and heat sealing bags’ pocket (for paper bags).

6.Stand-up pouches conveyor:standing bags be transferred to next working position.
