The plant area of our company is about 6 thousands square meters, with 7 workshops and 6 production line for different process. The workshops, has seperates to painting, polishing, assembling, motor making, spare parts making, warehouse, and testing center. While the lines includes two lines for directly driven air compressor, one for motor making, two for spare parts making, and the last one for painting.

MAINTANCE FOR GAS ENGINE AIR COMPRESSOR:

1.air quleter should be cleaned regularly . One time per month noemally . Open the quleter before washing, then have it immersed in Metal detergent .Change the quleter filter after 500 hours working time .

2.change the compressor in the crank case regularly . Add the oil for your first use after one week . Renew the oil after 400- 500 hours operation after first use .

3.The procedure for change the oil : Open plug screw before draining sump oil . Then Open the side cover ,clean up the deposit in the crank case . Inject the oil to specified oil level after screwing the plug screw and side cover .

4.The main engine should be taken maintaince completely every one year . Such as

Clean the Valve components, strain the oil strain , check whether the valve plate is flat .

5.The air compressor should be taken anti_rust treatment if long time out of service . Normally , the air compressor is not allowed to stowed over one year without useing to avoid affecting the performance of machine . It should be cleaned completely before restarting .
