1. Characters of biomass wood pellet machine:
1) This series biomass wood pellet machine are mainly used for pelletizing all kinds of biomass particles, such as wood sawdust, straw, rice husk and coffee husk etc.

2) The main drive adopts high precision gear driving and the capacity is increased by 20% than belt drive.
3) Super quality bearing and oil seal to ensure high efficiency, stability and low noise.
4) The pelletizing chamber is equipped with air draft cooling system.
5) The variable-frequency and variable-speed motor is adopted to ensure the quality of the pellet.
6) It’s optical of bore diameter of ring die that is made of stainless steel.
7) Advance compensatory S-shape spring coupling with the structure of novel, compact, safe, low noise and fault.

1) Crushing process-hammer mill
It’s used to crush materials by the collision between the high-speed hammer and materials. It can crush raw material with size less than 50mm (diameter) and the final product size can reach diameter 3-5 mm.

2) Drying process-Dryer
The best moisture to pelletizing is about 13-17%. Our rotary dryer is made up of burning stove and main rotary dryer which is high efficiency in drying the wood and biomass material. It can realize to reduce the moisture from 50% to 10%. The rotary dryer uses stove to heat and contact material to remove certain degree of moisture. It is very important for wood pellet plant to using moisture detector which will determine the most suitable moisture before pelletizing.

3) Pelletizing process- biomass wood pellet machine
Biomass wood pellet machine is used in compacting of the biomass sources into pellets with capacity from 1T to 10T per hour. It’s equipped with Sweden and NSK bearing, Siemens motor and high quality components to ensure long life.

4) Cooling process-Cooler
The hot wood pellet enter into the cooler, and cool air flues from below to up with the function of blower, then cool the raw material by the air. As a result, the wood pellets are cooled and moisture are lower.

5) Packing process-packing machine
After cooling, the pellets are packed into bags or stored as per your needs. The pellets can be weighed by the computer and then packed into bags.
