II. Configuration

1. Cold Aggregate Supplying System

Components:

4 storage bins and 4 belt feeder, one aggregate belt conveyer.

Feature:

The four feeding belt are driven by variable frequency electric motors, which feature reliable performance.

2. Slanting Belt Feeder

Components:

Slanting belt Feeder, middle filter sieve;

Feature:

gravity middle filter sieve, little dust overfall, prevent larger waste fall into drying drum, be good for reducing heat lost, prevent jamming hot aggregate elevator or vibrator.

3. Drying drum

Features:

Inside the drying drum fixing up blades used for lifting aggregate, which can reduce heat loss and ensure the highest thermal efficiency, the drying drum is driven by gearwheels, smoothly and evenly drive.

4. Burning system

Component:

1 set coal pulverizer of 40t, a set burner of 40t, a set of fuel oil igniting system.

Features:

Coal supply spiral adopts frequency control of motor speed, the quantity of the coal supply is dynamically controled by the temperature of the hot aggregate.

5. Hot aggregate elevator

Features:

Elevated by Single row of chain,special structure for outlet will reduce the abrasion and noises.

6. Dust catcher system

Component:

Cyclone dust catcher+water dust catcher

Features:

First class dedusting removes the bigger particle and recycles to the aggregator elevator.

7. Mixing Assembly

a. A three-layer semi-structured Vibrating Screen Parameters:

b. Hot Metering system

4 set Isolation warehouse,big volume,Parallel placed cylinder;Casings seal can avoid to blocking when there are more materials .

Type: single hopper, trifilar suspension, attached with transportation fixing parts.

1. b. B: Power material weighting hopper

Type: single hopper, trifilar suspension, attached with transportation fixing parts.

Rated volume: 70kg

1. c. C: Asphalt weighting hopper

Type: single hopper, trifilar suspension, attached with transportation fixing parts.

Accurate measurement, measurement error automatic compensation

d. Mixing Plant

a: asphalt mixing machine adopt Europe technology design, Gear synchronous, pneumatic revolving door.

b. Multi-axial reverse rotation makes the aggregate fluctuation of 15-20s, guarantee the mixture and stir to mix well

e.Asphalt spray system

Features: adopts volume measurement, pressure spray, spray fast and uniform, and is conducive to shorten the mixing time and increase production.

8. Powder supply system

Component:

Powder temporary hopper,mine powder addition spiral conveyor ,power lift .

Features:

Powder temporary hopper is placed on the ground, collocating with arch breaking device.

9. Pneumatic control system

Component:

Air compressor, cylinder,electromagnetic valve and a set of air pipe.

Features:

Pneumatic elements are domestic famous brand, with reliable performance.

10. Asphalt supply system

Components:

30t asphalt tank (middle size) one unit (include 1 set of induced draft machine, 1 set of hot water furnace, 1 set of dust remover and chimney), pipeline and pump, valve 1 set for each.

Feature:

Use spiral hot wind pipe for heating asphalt; Use steam for asphalt pipeline; Asphalt tank is under the ground, easily for loading asphalt.

11. Electric control system

- Dimension of control room: 3x2.28x2.46m

- Adopt box-style control panel, main electric components adopt national famous brand, have interlock and secondary protection; Colorful touch screen and Japanese OMRON PLC controller, which achieve automatic, semi-automatic and manual control freely.
