Structure features:

1.The machine is made of chilled castiron alloys,whose work surface has high hardness,so it is wear-resistant and durable.

2.While using,the steem,cooling water and heat-conducting oil can be passed into the roller's cavity,so that the working temparature can be adjusted in order to meet the technological requirement.

3.Roller space can be adjusted both by manual or electric mode.

4.Roller bearings' lubricating can adopt drier oil or dilute oil.

Features:

Each roller is driven by its separate motor,so that it can be more flexible to adjust the roller space,and calendering products' thickness can be more broader. In ordinary calendering machine,the middle roller usually be the driven roller,and the others rely on the gear transmission,which decides the restrictedroller space.So this type of machine offer a more wider option for the rubber products' thickness and accuracy.
