Features

1. CTX-450, ZHY-550, ZHY-600 using ALTIN, black coating, heat resistance is 700°c~800°c, machine rotate speed is up to 8000rpm.ZHY-650 using ALTIN-S, bronze coating, heat resistance is 1000°c~1200°c, machine rotate speed is 8000rpm~20,000rpm.
2. CTX-450 and ZHY-550 is for general purpose, ZHY-600 and ZHY-650 is for high speed cutting.
3. CTX-450 precision machine reamer, grain size 0.6um, Co10%, HRC50, Chinese high quality material.
4. ZHY-550 precision machine reamer, grain size 0.5um, Co10%, HRC55, CB Carbide material.
5. ZHY-600 precision machine reamer, grain size 0.4um, Co12%, HRC60, Kennametal material.
6. ZHY-650 precision machine reamer, grain size 0.2um, Co12%, HRC65, Sandvik material.

Usage

1. Mainly used forcutting andcalibration, reaming the processed hole, largely to improve machining precision, reduce the roughness of workpiece.
2. It is our non-standard product, a cutter ofsmall quantity for finish machining.
