Working princicle :

1 High shear dispersing emulsifier effectively,quickly and evenly disperse a phase or phases to another consecutive phase,usually,these phases are dissolvable to each other.

2 The rotor revolves quickly and strong force is produced through high tangent speed and high frequency mechanical effect,therefore,the material in the narrow slotamong stator and rotor receives strong forces from mechanical and liquid shearing,centrifugal force,pressing,liquid fraction,clashing,tearing and rush water.

3 The dissolvable solid,liquid and gas material is then instantly dispersed and emulsified evenly and finely with better production procedures and appropriate addictives and finally products with stable high quality are made

Here is the operating process for your reference :
1.connect the electricity and air compressor .

2.start the power supply .(Big red one ), rotate it to the right direction .

3.start the frequency control ,click the "RUN" on the frequency control panel ,and adjust the homogenizing speed by the black knob . To the right direction ,it will be faster .And ,to the life direction ,it will be slow.
Though the above operation ,you can adjust the homogenizing speed according to different products .

4.Press the GREEN button ,“Ascending",when you press it ,the homogenizer will be up . When you release ,it will be stopped to move up .
Press the RED button ,"Descending ",when you press it ,the homogenizer will be down ;when you release ,it will be stopped to move down
Through the above operation ,you can adjust the height of the homogenizer .

5. If the work is finished ,to stop frequency control ,adjust the black knob to original 0 , then click the "Stop"(Red button ).

6.Then ,press the big red button (Power supply switch),the machine will be stopped .

7.Turn off the electrical and air compressor .
