The 4/6- torch operation console is made of Modular Circuit, designed according to the Control Target, Control Mode, and CNC controller; to reach the aim of professional CNC cutting control, easy installation, convenient maintenance, high reliability. We can say it is a unique design on market.
It is suitable for retrofit project of all Hypertherm/FASTCNC controllers, or multi-torch system building.
Key Features
1. It leads CNC controller's I/O ports and servo drive signals to 4/6-torch I/O card. The 4/6-Torch I/O card's I/O electrical level could be Low Level or High Level.
It is connected to CNC controller's output via Optical Isolation, Input is Relay Isolation. It could support all Hypertherm controllers such as MircoEDGE, EDGE Pro, and FASTCNC controller.
2. It supports True Dual Drive and A/B Phase Dual drive of CNC control system.
3. It could control 1-6 torches. One plug-in Torch Control PCB controls one torch, each one works separately. User just needs to pug one Torch Control PCB on 4/6-torch I/O card to add one torch.
We designed logic control centre (Logic Control PCB) on the I/O card, to deal with all signals in and out of CNC controllers, to secure all control functions clear and no interference to each other.
4. Every torch's UP/DOWN control could be with or without THC; it supports capacitive THC and Arc voltage THC both. All the Control Targets and inside circuits are isolated.
5. It is supplied with keyboard and cutting operation panel for torch selection, torch up and down control….etc.
6. The key feature is, this card makes CNC system wiring, Operation, Maintenance, Expanding and Retrofit extremely easy and simple.
