Applications

Advantage:

1/ The 365 nm wavelength enables clear UV irradiation. The irradiation beam does not contain infrared rays,minimizing the temperature rise of work piece. This is ideal for applications that require low temperature,

high precision bonding with minimum thermal distortion, such as the assembly of thin plastic lenses.

2/The UCT series emits nearly monochromaticlight at a peak of 365 nm. This eliminates any effects on the object being irradiated, which might be caused by light at wavelengths Shorter than 350 nm or longer than 400nm.

3/Designed for more efficient energy saving than competitors' products, the UP series offers low power consumption of less than 40 VA (during 4- desired number of LED/driver modules head operation ).

4/Select the number of LED/driver modules you need when ordering Later add any desired number of LED/driver modules any time for expansion. Up to 4 heads can be installed in one unit.

5/ Generally, when the LED temperature rises, the output decreases. The heads for UP series have improved heat radiation efficiency, which reduces such temperature rises. The system with temperature compensation based on the LED temperature rises to prevent the output from decreasing.
