rice mill machine specifications:
It will mainly go through the following process:
1. remove the big rice husk: this will use the vibratory cleaning sieve.
2. remove the stone to protect the rice mill and the other machines: The double layer vibration stoner will be used.
3. to separate the husked rice: the well husked will go into next step, the unhusked will turn back and husked again. The gravity paddy separator will be used.
4. milling: to remove the outer layer of the rice to make the rice white and clean. The emery roll rice mill will be used. to use 3 sets in order to keep the capacity and avoid breaking the rice as well as saved power.
5. to separate the fine rice and the broken rice: the rice grading sieve will be used.
6. to clean the rice and add gloss to the rice so that the rice will looks fine. The rice polishing machine will be used.
7. to set aside the yellow rice or the broken rice from the white fine rice, this will raise the grade of the rice and increase the commercial value of the rice: the rice sorter will be used.
8. to pack rice after processing: the packing machine will be used.
