Full Automatic Water Filling Machine

Applications:

1.This machine is specially designed to fill the mineral water, drinking water, soya-bean milk and other bacteria free liquids for potable.

2.The equipment is applied with 5 GAL bottle(2.3.4.6 gallon can also be applied)

3.As the equipment integrates the processes of bottle washing,filling,lid mounting,lid pressing and finished product delivering,it's a good choice of water plants.

For operations,the equipment can be configured with the following machines :

§RO system:To purify the water source (Like from undergound, Spring, River, Well, Brackish, sea and etc).---Other option. If the water source is good, we will suggest customer to choose UF or NF purification system.

§Decapper:To remove the cap from used bottle which is collected back from customer. ---Optional. Customer could use their own way to remove the cap.

§Bottle Brushing Machine:To brush interior and exterior sides of the used bottle in case the used bottle is very dirty.---Optional. If the bottle is clean, customer could pass it.

§Cap sterilizer:To sterilize the cap by ozone and UV.

§Bottle Rinsing, Filling & Capping Machine:To rinse the bottle, fill water into bottle, then cap.

§Label-Shrinking Machine:To shrink the protect film to the cap. The film is manually put by operator.
