1. Electricity Saving than steam hammer.
Comparing with the steam hammer, hydraulic forging hammer can save about 80% energy. Hydraulic forging hammer is driven with hydrauilc, and the hammer rod is move up and down qith compressing air. So when blowing, just the compressed air in upper cavity of hammer rod drives the hammer rod goes down, the motor will not load work. When lift the hammer rod, the motor running, so the hydrauclic forging hammer can save 50% energy of the motor power, also the hydraulic forging hammer working without any boiler and compressor.

2. Time saving than steam hammer.
On steam hammer and compossor hammer, you should burn the boiler or run the air compressor long time before starting the hammer. On hydraulic forging hammer, the hammer can work when connect power supply, it can work within two minutes.

And if there are some problem happened on the hammer, the steam or compressed air you got will be wasted, on hydraulic forging hammer, you just need stop the motor, no waste.
