2. Structure Characteristics
This machine belongs to hydraulic 3-roller plate rolling machine.The top rollermakes up-down movement and horizontal movement, the up-down movement is drove by the force of hydraulic oil in hydraulic cylinder on the piston rod, it is fluid drive and the two lower rollers make rotation movement and it provide the torque for rolling plate though the gear mesh of reducer. There are support rollers under the two lower rollers and the support roller can be adjusted; top roller is of drum shape, which can improve the straightness of products, and it is proper for various kinds of extra long section shape tanker. The pre-bending is achieved by adjusting the top roller and makes it in asymmetrical position as opposed to lower roller. Rolling of working piece is achieved by lower roller movement driven by a reducer. Due to the level of lower roller will not change, it is easy to feed the plate and operate.
1) High-precision end of the pre-bending, set the length of the straight edge freely; direct pressure on the pre-roll bending, high-precision can be completed in advance of the end of the bend.

3. Main body Structure
The main body structure of the machine is composed of upper roller device, lower roller device,horizontal movement device,support roller device, main drive device,tippingdevice, Left and rightframe, chassis and balance device.

1).Top roller device
Toproller device is composed of the following: mainoil cylinder, bearing of upper roller, upper roller,Double-row Self-aligning Roller Bearing. The twooil cylindersgive the pressure that the plate materials need. The working pressure of theoil cylinderis 19.5Mpa.The top roller is of drum shape which can improve the straightness of products. It is made of 42CrMo, forged.Upper roller has a process ofgoingthrough rough machining then quenching and tempering treatment at HB260~300 finish, and surface is quenching HRC48~52.
2).Lower roller device
Lower roller device is composed of lower roller, bearing of lower roller, input gear of lower roller, siding bearing of lower roller.
Siding bearing of lower roller adopts SF-1 Self-lubricating bearings composites.It is of small friction coefficient, anti-friction, corrosively-resistant and no-oil lubricant bearing.
Horizontal shift motor provide the power for horizontal movement device though worm wheel and worm box, and lead screw and screw driving top roller move horizontally to achieve rolling plate asymmetrically.
Main drive of lower roller provides power for lower roller. It uses an input gears and open-torque transmission.
3).Support roller device
Support roller device is composed of support roller. In total there are 4 support rollers, these rollers can be adjusted to go up and down depending of the load that will be exerted by the top roller on lower rollers.
4).Main drive device
Main drive device is composed of Main Motor, Triangle belt, Cylindrical Gear Box and electro-hydraulic brake.
Lower rollers are driven by a gear as follow as shown in the diagram below. Each lower roll has a gear. These two gears are connected to the gear box by a main output gear.
Main drive canmake clockwiseandanticlockwiserotationto provide the torque needed on the plates to slide them.
5).Tipping device
Tipping device is used to remove working piece after been rolled. The tipping device will tilt allowing the cylinder to slide along roller shaft. Tipping is done using a hydraulic piston rod that has been chrome treated.
6).Frame and Chassis.
Frame and chassis are made out of steel. They are stress-removed during the vibrating process before assemble. Fixedframe and tipping frameare used toset in place thetwo mainoil cylinders. The Anti-broken factor is high and the bolts are few. It is convenient for installation, since it will not require a lot of labor to assemble.
