We develop the mechanical mesh-pulling welded wire mesh machine by ourselves by adopting the advanced technology of electromechanical control and resistance welding at home and abroad. And some technologies have be applied for the national patent.
Our mechanical mesh-pulling welded wire mesh machine has the following advantages:
1 the main structure adopts thick steel plate and section steel bar to promise the stability of the structure.
2 automatic dropping the cross wire by stepping motor to promise the accurate location of the cross wire.
3 the machine adopts the mechanical mesh-pulling method with pull bar and grid positioning technology to keep the mesh opening from 25-500mm.

Mechanical mesh-pulling welded wire mesh machine consists of main motor control section, welding section, stepping dropping wire section and mechanical mesh-pulling section.
Main motor control section consists of start button, stop button, main motor inverter and control contactor. Press the start button, the control contactor close and keep closed. The inverter start, the main motor rotates at the certain frequency. Press the stop button, the inverter shutdown the signal, the motor stop work.
Welding section consists of welding transformer, welding control silicon, synchronous transformer and welding circuit board. The power voltage passes through the synchronous transformer, and sends the synchronous signal to the welding circuit board. The synchronous signal after the welding circuit board and the welding signal form the triggering signal for the welding control silicon. And then the welding control silicon sends signal to the welding transformer. The welding current could be adjusted from 0-999 by the touch screen. It could also adjusted by the 3 plug handles on the welding transformer which is divided into 8 levels. The welding time is also adjusted by the touch screen from 1-100ms.
Stepping dropping wire section consists of stepping motor, stepping motor driver, wire dropping proximity switch and wire bobbin proximity switch. The inductor touches the wire dropping proximity switch which sends signal to the PLC controller. The PLC makes the pulse for stepping motor driver that makes the stepping motor rotates. When the cross wire comes to the wire bobbin, wire bobbin proximity switch starts, the PLC stop the pulse for the driver, then the stepping motor stops.
Mechanical mesh-pulling section consists of chain wheel which is drived by main axis and the pulling structure.

Usage for touch screen
It could adjust the frequency of the wire dropping motor. The highest speed of the stepping motor could be about 3000. If the speed is too high, the motor could not work well; if too low, it could cause low production.
The touch screen could not be used in the condition of dust, corrosive or conductive gas. It could not be used in the high temperature, moist or vibrative condition either.
Do not use the dirty hand or use any sharp things to touch it.

Test run
Before transportation, we have adjusted the machine well according to the users` requirments, such as the wire diameter, mesh opening and welding. If each part of the machine is not loose or shifting when the machine arrives at the factory, the user could test run the machine. If some parts loosing or shifting, the user adjust the machine as the above instructions.
Steps for test run:
1 Do lubrication on the rotation and sliding parts.
2 Connect the electricity and measure the power voltage which should be in the range of 360V-400V. If not, do not start the machine.
3 Start the power switch on the cabinet, close the welding switch and adjust the main motor to the lowest speed, start the main motor, slowly adjust the speed of the main motor and watch to check if the motor rotates at the right direction and if any parts would collide with each other.
4 According to the wire diameter, mesh opening and the voltage, adjust the current of the transformer and it is better to put it at the low level. And also keep the welding time short. Attention: it must be in the outage condition when adjust the transformer current level.
5 Adjusting of the cross wire hopper: loose the fixing bolts on the wire bobbin, put the cross wire in the groove, adjust the position of central wire bobbin and the bobbins on the two sides. Put the cross wire in the intersection of the two bobbins, and keep it have 0.5mm-1mm moving space. Fasten the bolts, if every intersection could touch the cross wire, it have been adjusted well. If not repeat the steps again. Attention: the power must be cut down when adjusting.
6 put the line wire in the wire holder and pass through the down electrode (at the first welding, press the wire dropping button by hand to drop one cross wire on the hook), start the welding button and the main motor, adjust the speed and the machine run continuously.

Maintenance
1 do not touch the transmission wheels, chains, belts, straightener, inductor, proximity switch, cabinet transformer and any other conductor parts by body or other objects.
2 do not touch the moving electrode or put hands in the middle of the two electrodes.
3 do not insert or take out the inserting handle in the transformer when the machine is on power, and do not open the protection plate.
4 do not take down or cut off the ground security wire. And check the ground wire regularly.
5 if there is fusing in the cabinet, stop the machine and cut off the electricity at once to find out the fusing reason, and then change for a new fusible core to avoid unnecessary fires.
6 do not adjust components in the cabinet optionally. Do not wires or tools in the cabinet or on the top of it.
7 do lubrication to the bearing, slide block, slide way, slide sleeve, driving wheel, chain and other frication components regularly. Do that after stop the machine. If have to do lubrication when the machine working, do not let the oiler touch the working machine just instill it.
8 the operator should pay attention to watch, listen to and smell the machine to avoid some accident in advance. If find some unusual things, stop the machine at once.
9 If the operator leaves the machine at a short time, he must stop the machine, and adjust the speed controller to the lowest speed. If leaves the machine for a long time, the operator must cut off the power, stop the main switch and lock the door of the cabinet. And separate the upper and down electrodes which could not keep in touch for a long time.
10 when the upper and down electrodes are used for a long time, it would be abraded and electric corrosion. The degree of wearing is different according to different raw material and different wire diameters. The serious corrosion would cause welding skips, at this condition the user should repair or change for new electrode (chromium copper).
11 do not start the machine when there is no cross wire or there would be short circuit current in the electrode which would cause damage to the electrode.
12 clean the electrical components and the circuit regularly, and keep the machine out of oil stain and the dust (which should be removed by compressed air). Keep every contactor switch clean. After cut power off, use the 500V-1000V megameter to measure each insulation resistance in 380V circuit to make sure it could meet the requirement. Use the multimeter of 10K to check each insulation resistance and signal circuit, avoiding the leakage.
13 when the machine is on work, do not open the door of the cabinet and touch the wind cooling radiator of the controlled silicon and other electrical components to avoid unnecessary accidents. when the temperature is higher than 40°C, the user should open cool wind to the radiation components.
14 when the power voltage is higher than 400V, it may cause damage to some components.
