1. Hydraulic Roll Stand

Applicable paper roll: Max weight: 1.5T (one arm), max size 1.8m (breadth)×1.5m (diameter), min size 0.6m (breadth);electrical rise and fall, clamping, and releasing, alignment to left and right direction; capable of holding 2 rolls of paper at one time, roll reloading without machine stop. Adjust the damp of tip cone by air cylinders.

2.Single Facer(external sucking type)

Ridge shape: he combination of B and C Ridge shape, external vacuum sucking.

The ridge roller is made of high-grade steel alloy, with medium frequency quenching, gears thoroughly quenched, coated with hardened chromium. Machine body hardness: ≥HRc52°; surface hardness: ≥HRc58°; roller diameter: 260mm; working life: more than 10million meters: paste roller surface has netted lines and is coated with hardened chromium, which keeps rotating after machine stopped; the press surface is processed by milling; the upper ridge roller and pressure roller are controlled through compressed air system whose pressure is adjustable.

3.3-layer preheating unit

The diameter of the preheating cylinder is 600mm; the position being warmed can be changed by electrically adjusting the angles.

4.Bridge Conveyor

Consisting of tilted convey system, plane vacuum sucking and strain control system through which wind quantity and sucking range can be adjusted. The alignment of paper board can be electrically adjusted both on the bridge and on the ground.

5.Paper pasting unit

The press roller can rise and fall through hydraulic system and its position is adjustable; the paste roller surface has netted lines and is coated with hardened chromium, which keeps rotating after machine stopped.

6.Thin blade slitter & scorer

The machine is featured with thin cut and auto blade sharpening; cutting and line pressing movement is driven by motor; its speed is under auto monitoring; equipped with 4 blades and 6 lines; cut specifications and line distance is manually adjustable; alignment of whole machine electrically; press axel and wheels are plated with hardened chromium.

7.Mechanical unit for transverse cut

The length of cut paper can be 500~2500mm with stepless speed governor. With twin braces for accurate transmission, the running speed of blade for transverse cut can match the proceeding speed of paper board at any time so that cut accuracy is ensured; transmission is performed through no-gap gears whose teeth were hardened through quenching and provide high accuracy and long working life; lubricated by oil dip.

8.Master transmission unit

It supplies power to two-side processing unit and the mechanical unit for transverse cut. Total power rate: 37KW.

9.Output unit

Deliver out the ready paperboard. Total power rate: 2.2KW.

10.Electrical control system

The system accords with the machine and is manufactured by a Sino-foreign company or of a famous domestic brand.
