Corrugated cardboard production line is a group of machinery and equipment, which process a roll of

paper into five-layer corrugated cardboard through a series of forming processes ( warm-up paper, corrugated core paper warm-up, single corrugated cardboard bonding, corrugated cardboard forming, as well as the longitudinal impressing, horizontal cut-off, etc. )

The process of corrugated cardboard forming: Paper input from the base support, after warm-up of the

pre-heater into the one-sided machine molding, bonding, forming into a single-sided corrugated cardboard.

After glue spreading at the second glue machine, the single-sided corrugated board bonds with the warm-up paper, and then enter the double-sided machine drying, cooling, solidifying, and through longitudinal-cutting machine and cross-cutting machine to complete longitudinal cut-off, impressing, cross-cutting of the cardboard, and then qualified corrugated box cardboard can be got.
