Main Features:

• It adopts high-accuracy transmission structure such as bilinear guide rail and double ball screw to ensure the resetting precision. Electrical parts include PLC system, simultaneously equipped with touch screen operation system on high-rank human-computer interface, easy to operate. Transmission belt drive adopts variable frequency motor to adjust and control the speed, as a result, transmission is smooth and trustworthy. This series of products can be divided into unilateral grinding wheels amount with 4,5 and 6, between which machines with unilateral 5 grinding wheels contain security chamfer. It's suitable for the flat and round edges of medium and small pieces of glass of 3-12mm. Polishing wheels can rotate plus or minus 10 degree, improving polishing wheels' availability greatly.

1.Main components adopt castings

The machine's body, cabinet and other main components are made of pearlite gray iron casting HT250 in mass.
