Application of Effective Stirring Tank:
Mining stirred tank is suitable for a variety of metal minerals. It is mainly used for stirring mines before floatation so that chemicals and ore pulp can be intensively mixed. This mineral processing equipment is also applied to stirring nonmetal minerals. It is suitable for materials with a mass concentration no more than 30% and a granularity less than 1mm. It is a flat-base, cylindrical mechanical agitator with spiral impeller.

Stirring tank is used for medicament dissolving preparation and pretreatment of ore pulp mixing in mineral dressing plants, and it’s also used in material pulp mixing in building materials, chemical industry, cyanide plants, sewage treatment plants and other industries. And the adsorption trough is mainly used for gold production in CIL process and ore-pulp-resin process, taking the carbon and resin into the trough and mixing to absorb the leached gold .
