I. Introduction of Main Parts
1. Reactor: Q245R, thickness 16mm boiler plate. Both batch and continuous types have reasonable design. For the former, two reactor doors are designed specifically for raw materials feeding and slags discharging. For the latter, the feeding and discharging process is automatic. raw materials can be fed through a small feeding hole.
2. Dedusting system: Three steps are used to remove the dust: water induction, ceramic rings absoption and water spraying, which can make sure the released smoke is free from pollution.
3. Gas separator: Instead of entering the gas separator horizontally and straightly, the oil gas circles in it. The heavy oil gathers and enters into heavy oil tank, while the light oil is piped into condensers.
4. Condensers: Tubular type. The tubes in the condenser enlarge the contact area of oil gas and water. In this way, the oil gas can be condensed fully and speedily.
5. Explosion-proof valves, temperature meter, pressure gauge, water-seal, waste gas burner, Etc. all of which ensure the whole process is safe.

VI. Unique Design
1. Innovative heating method:
the heating method of the new rubber pyrolysi oil plant combines direct and indirect heating mode, and the advantages are as follows:
(1). When some problems occur in the system, closing the induced draught fan can cut the heating source in sudden to ensure the system’s safety.
(2). Lengthen life time of reactor and reduce deprecition rate: We only need to change the front part of the reactor by using this heating method. It will cost us around USD20000.00 for changing the whole reactor, while it will only cost us around USD4000.00 for changing the front part of the reactor. Besides, The service life of the new equipment is 2-3 times longer than that of the old one.
(3). Energy-saving:it saves 20% fuel. Take coal for example, we will save around 100KGS per day. It means you can save 20 USD per day
2.Catalyzing heat split technology and chemical extracting technology for product:
The catalyst we use is achievement of our technicists' repeating researches, composed of 24 kind of chemicals . The catalyst can decrease the sulfur content, density and solidifying point, improve the color, remove the impurities and odor, and increase the oil yield rate. Take the fuel oil from tires as an example, the color of oil will be changed from black to transparent red, and the oil can be stored for a longer time due to its better oxidation-resistance attribute.
