Factory direct export

This machine is used to make sawdust into half-charcoal-stick. It is equipped with the auto-controlling heating system. The byproduct of this machine can be used to heat boiler, fireplace, etc for warm in house. Using the inherent characteristics of wood raw materials, through the screw extrusion, high temperature, high pressure, the wood raw material to make micro-fiber lignin plastics combine to form a fuel rod.

This machine can take sawdust, wood, rice husk, coconut shell & other woody material into briquette, which can be used in boiler, heating& warming. After carbonization, the briquette will become charcoal, used in BBQ.

1. Crushing the raw materials (wood, wood branch, wood chips, coconut shell, peanut shell, rice husk, sunflower husk, bamboo) into small size no longer than 5mm.

2. Dry the crushed materials to moisture ≤12%.

3. Press them into briquette.

4. Carbonize briquette in the carbonization stove.
