Notice to Customers
Part 1
Install,adjust and test run
1.Brick machines should be installed on the concrete ground, the horizontal variation allowed 0.6‰; shaft joint axiality variation is 0.5mm; regulation metal cushion block which used for the horizontal can not over three pcs and should be symmetry on both side of the bolt.
2.Cutter platform,mud roller machine roller and extruder exit should low 1-3mm in turn.
3. The centre line of two belt pulley must be in same level with the belt trough ,each belt set must it the same tightness degree.
4. Check the integrality of the spare parts, rinsing them. Revise the wrongly place, adjust the clearence of the bearing.
5. Check if there is lubricate grease in the bearing,if the lubricate grease metamorphose please change it.
6. It has two procedure of the test run.
1).running without load for 1-2 hours
2).running with load (based on the running without load is normal) DIV division:
First segmentation: load 25% of the rated value
Second segmentation: load 50% of the rated value
Third segmentation: load 75% of the rated value
Forth segmentation: load 100% of the rated value
Each segmentation should be no less than 2 hours and the temperature must be steady. The machine when loading running should not shake, leak oil or other abnormal noise. The gear box temperature can not over 40°C, oil temperature can not over 60°C, bearing temperature can not over 80°C. Revise all the malfunction before put the machine in production.
Part 2
Maintenance and security
1. Before test running, swing in with petrol or coal oil to wash the spare parts in the chamber by running. Swing in with gear oil before put in production.
2. We recommend to use 50# or 46# gear oil for the oil-bath lubricate oil. After the machine be put in production, please clear the machine and replacing the lubricate oil each month. Three months later, the machine can be clear and replacing the lubricate oil a period of time.
3. Before test running, turn the main shaft for several round by hand, make sure there are not abnormal occurrences or handicap.
4. Waiting the motor reach the rated speed before start the machine, then put the clutch link slowly. Don’t overexert and damage the machine parts which will cut the machine life.
5. Clutch only can be use when start the machine or in emergency. Pug should be feed equality.
6. Please check the equipment regularity, if there are abnormal noise,shaking, temperature rising suddenly, please stop the machine until get rid of the trouble.
7. Beware of the iron or stone item entering in the mud chamber with the pug, avoid the spare parts be damaged and affect the product.
8. Please stop to feed pug before stop the machine in order to clean the pug in the pug chamber.Second turn off the clutch and the power supply.
9. Please earnest to execute the maintance regulation.
1). Check and adjust the wrongly place, add lubricate grease.
2). Clean all parts, replacing lubricate grease.
3). Take apart the whole machine, clean the parts, repair or replacing the damaged parts, resume the machine normal function.
Maintenance annual;the medium maintenance once a month;small Maintenance once every four hours;All slip parts ( except rub piece ) should be oil lubricate grease in order to keep the flexible ablity of the machine. User should make rigid rules of maintemce, and hire high level technicists to do the maintance work.
Part 3
Treatment to the air-leak of the vacuum chamber
Vacuum pump should be adjusted according to the vacuum illustration.User can start the vacuum pump based on the extruder running and pug extruded up to snuff. Light a candle or easy to release smoke material. First, check from the first mud chamber, if it leak air, the flame or smoke will be suck in the vacuum chamber. The solution of this is the open the first mud chamber, cut short the helix blade of the seal up section, extend the seal up section. The length should be not too long, and the air not be leaked is ok. The length too long will enlarge resistance and the energy cost.As the abrasion of the blade, the length of the seal up section. Second, check every commissure of the vacuum chamber. If it severity to air leak, please open the vacuum chamber, other occasion use good seal gum seal the air-leak place after cleaned by acetone. Because vacuum chamber is negative pressure, it is easy to seal up. Moving seal section should use butt-end packing method, abrasion place use high viscosity, stand fire grease.Outer seal structure turning with the shaft, stator is inside. The four bolts of the seal stucture are springs, the spring pressure can be adjusted by turn the large coil. Because vacuum chamber is negative pressure, the spring pressure should not too high. At beginning may has little air leaking, it will be well after running in.
Part 4
Remove malfunction
In order to solve the malfuction, technicists are pay out huge efforts and cost. At last they composed the mud chamber and the two bearings to a unity which solve the biggest problem. But the huge conter force and cost still trouble technicists.
