This water jet jacquard loom adopt the computer information processing technology, which convert the pattern of design into the computer information, and the electronic-magnet device of needle selection is controlled by computer. The control system consist of computer and LC, which can show the parameters such as product code, output, time etc., it’s convenient for operation and guarantee the long time running reliably. The mode of needle selection is easy and reliable, it’s different from the traditional lift needle mode, it highly reduced the size of the needle selection implements, most of parts are controlled by computer and select needles at the lowest position, assure the precision of needle selection.

This model is designed and developed to cater the need of customers to produce high quality fabric at low cost, optimizing maximum profit to customer’s investment. The high rigidity structure based on advanced design guarantees loom running at high speed, powerfully and with low vibration.

It has string weaving potential up to 600kg of tension, and is suitable to produce medium/high density hydrophobic fabric. Production cost is reduced while it is able to produce high-added value fabric, yielding more profit to users. The professional design is based on current infrastructure, which means wide use of general parts and standard parts. What’s more, professional system control and integrated mechanical and electric technology highly reduces production cost with no compromise on loom weaving function and stability.

Configuration

1. FRAME.

Seamless steel pipe King-piece solid frame, vibration & noise reduction, tempering treated gable never deforms.

2. SHEDDING SYSTEM.

Increased the size of shedding connecting rod and lifting shaft(60mm*6mm) and use high strength heald frame with double-bones wider edge, which make warp yarn running stably and properly when weaving thick fabric.

3. FILLING INSERTION SYSTEM.

Imported nozzle, water pump, spring & one-way valve enhances the bundling of water spray, achieves picking flexibility, reduces bobbin marks, water usage and weft tension, prevent yarn, ensured high quality of fabric and increased profit.

4. BEATING SYSTEM.

Crank connecting rod inertial beating and crank is machined by high freq quenching treatment, etc. which improved hardness and strength; 114mm*7mm seamless steel pipe expanded diameter of rocking shaft; Multiple beat-up arm are forged to provide high strength for a long life; Reed block & roller are made of stainless steel, improved beating force for weaving high density & thickness, close texture and fullness in fabric.

5. LET-OFF SYSTEM, TAKE-UP SYSTEM

a)Semi-positive continuous let-off; enlarged sensor of interlocking warp; capable with current Chinese most advanced infinite variable speed mechanism to adjust let-off volume; Friction pad pressurize device to prevent reeling off; suitable for big tension of thick fabric and guarantee stability.

b) positive mechanical coiling (electronic coiling can be chosen)

6. ONT TIME OIL FILLING

Easy operation, one time oil filling gives the machine full running protection.

7. SELVAGE FORMATION

Form of fabric edge tightened : aluminum planetary form-light, small vibration, suitable for high speed running. Nylon gear ring reduces noise, decrease wear and tear. Easy replacement.

8. FILLING FEELER SYSTEM

Sensitive photoelectric weft feeler; yarn to hard twist yarn; low mousse to high mousse, all can be detected; stop running in a timely matter when weft breaks.

9. STORING DEVICE

Mechanical weft storing device configured with highly efficient vortex blower and imported measuring device increases high speed weaving stability; electronic storing weft device controlled by computer decreases tension of weft storing and guarantees reliability of high speed running.

10. SELVAGE SUPPORTING DEVICE

5 row of needles; broadened overarm support and runner cloth; more stable runner cloth.

11. CUTTING SYSTEM

Ceramic or hard alloy blade sharp and wear-resistant configured, no matter rough or fine weft, all can be our precisely.

12. ALUMINUM ALLOY COMPONENT

Water pipe block, weaving edge gear, etc. Are treated by positive hard membrane-good looking and wear-resistant; Reed block and roller are stainless steel for the increased hardness and anti-corrosion.

13. ELECTRONIC TAKE UP TYPE
