Wood chip drying machine

Timber drying machine is specially designed for drying of wood chip, small hub and veneer. It has high output capacity, well effective of energy-saving, convenient maintenance advantage. Main working principle is: wood chip enter into drying machine, under the co-effection between blowing tube and rotation barrel, material boil and fluidify in the barrel, and it fully touched with hot air finalizing the drying step.

Airflow timber drying machine is: moisture wood granule are conveyed into drying tube continuously by spiral conveyor. Timber drying machine unit

Timber drying machine use self-made fueling gas for heating resource, drying has two parts: one is rolling barrel, another is snake shaped tube. Barrel has two layer: inside rolling barrel, outside layer for heat preservation. Inside rolling barrel has triangle-head spiral piece, which enable drying material to stir homogeneously called as frying fry heating. Snake tube use heat resource twice, using ventilation apparatus negative pressure air draft, taking out drying material into spiral device for separating, so that achieve drying effectiveness. Current wood chip dry machine use coal and firewood for heating resource. It is high labor strength and cost, big heat wastage, heat energy using less than 30%. Generally, material with water content 35% need 3-4 times drying, however, fueling gas rolling barrel drying machine can dry successfully in once for material of water content 35%. This type machine can save 75% energy with low cost. The fueling gas is supplying from charcoal cave, the methane coming out charcoal cave can supply for drying machine. This methane rolling barrel drying machine can save cost up to RMB10000.
