Online induction bright annealing furnace

Products Feature:

1. Grease cleaning device

(1) After first diameter positioning, before went into bright annealing furnace, the pipe should go through a 20kw heated water case device to clean the grease

(2) Heat the water in 20kw case device (about 1500×800×300mm)to 70~85°C.

(3) By magnet pump, the hot water were sent to grease case, to clean the pipe from the grease.

(4) In case, there are three layers plastic plates, grinding the grease dirt, at the same time of hot water cleaning, to reach the clean result

At the exit part, equiped with pressed air spraying ring, spraying the pressed air to the pipe at the anti-direction of pipe moving; To dry the pipe, and prevent the water go into bright annealing furnace to affact the quality of annealing.

2. Induction Furnace

(1) 300kw IGBT intermediate frequency main heating machine with induction coil, and with inner circle cooling system, matched with heat exchanger, with 50RT cooling towel; Inner parts adopt pure water and outside adopts nature water.

(2) Heating and warm kept furnace: length of 2 meters, heat to temperature of 0~1100°C, about 650~1000°Ccan finish the annealing function( take way the harden strength ) ; temperature testing gun seted in the position of about 10 cm after induction coil, infrared point adopts with the brand of Germany RAYTEC, with precision of ±5°C

(3) Online bright cooling furnace:length of about 90 meter, with graphite bottom; it is made up of 40-45 units of 2 meter cooling parts flange connected; The length of 2 meter as designed, which can be better to ensure the manufacture precision.Each 2 meter part equiped with a water input on one end, and a water output on another end. On the ourside of the graphite, the cooled water flows on and make sure the pipe temperature at the end out part at below than45°C, at the speed of150~200m/min

3. High frequency MF induction heater

Machine Advantage:

(1) Power factor of 10% output power reachs more than 0.95, more than 10% output power can produce intermediate oscillation

(2) More than 92% Conversion efficiency, little heat on the machine main body, with less cooled water cost.

(3) High technology tandem type output, no need for transformer, reducing 10% cost.

(4) Input voltage ±10% changed, input power only change ±1%; With less than 10%~15% of rated voltage, the machine still can work, with a according output power, but still with oscillation.

(5) Safe protected well, Coil short circuit, over-load output, water shorten, all have protected device. Fast stop also cannot harm the electrical components.

(6) 460V/380V 50Hz(460V 50Hz suggested for intermediate furnace)

(7) Main heating machine with induction coil, and with inner circle cooling system, matched with heat exchanger, with 50RT cooling towel; Inner parts adopt pure water and outside adopts nature water.

(8) With a reactor to reduce the affect of harmonic waves.

4. Infrared Temperature Testing Gun
