TK2120G deep hole drilling and boring machine is the dedicated machine for the processing of cylindrical deep-hole work-piece. It suits for drilling and boring processing of cylindrical deep-hole work-piece. When drilling, it adopts BTA chip method, that is the oil grant supply oil and put the scraps from the drill pipe internal row to the chip at the back of the bed through the cutting zone. The machine can be equipped with high efficiency combination cutting tools, that is burnishing and rolling combination automatical increase and decrease knife to achieve high speed and efficiency oil cylinder processing.
