Step 1,Put raw materials (such as eggs,ingredients) intoplanetary mixer, add some water, mixing uniformity.

Step 2,Put dry flour and enough water intodough mixerto stir them; then put the raw materials, mixing uniformity until smooth dough.

Step 3,Put the dough into thedough divider machine. Then divide it into 36pcs equally. Each part weight is 30-180g.

Step 4,Put the split dough into the toast moulder, this machine can shape the dough into the toast shape.

Step 5,Put the shaped dough into the toast pan, next put the pans on the baking trolley, then put them into theprover room for 40mins.

Step 6,Put the baking trolley into therotary ovento bake for about 30 minutes.

Step 7,Final, take the toast out the oven, after cooling, use thebread slicerto slice the toast into 30pieces.
