1. Briefing:

This machine is designed according to Type 40C Waltz US and is also improved for casting lead & calcium alloys better

2. Technical specifications:

1) 380V±10%, 50Hz, Power (A. Main machine: 0.75KW, B. Lead pump: 0.75KW, D. Lead pan: 42KW).

2) Total power: 44.6 KW

3) Tap water 2KG/cm2 used for cooling moulds, transition plates, and cutting moulds. The cooling water will return to a down water tank after use.

4) Operating capacity: may cast 8 to 16 pieces of large sealed batteries, automotive batteries, middle sealed batteries, or small sealed batteries each minute

5) Casting range: plates and grids, 340×160×1.0-4.2 (thickness)

6) overall dimensions of a mould (432×248×40)×2)

7) Liquefied petroleum gas: 0.12m3/min, used for keeping warm and the anti-oxidation of the lead scoop.

8) Compressed air: 0.6MPa 0.1m3/min, used for opening and clamping moulds, pouring, and closing and opening lead valves
