Cold Running for Gearbox

Each transmission box shall be put into cold running for 5 hours, this is the first step to eliminate the inferior products and keep our poor gearbox rate under 0.01%

ASSEMBLING LINE

We have 2 assembly lines, it can promise our week production capacity of 1000 pieces; additionally, we will bring in 2 advanced assembly line from Italy at the end of 2013 to strengthen our productivity.

TILLER TESTING

This is the location shooting for our machine testing.

Each newly-designed and modified tiller shall be put outsides to test its performance like tilling depth, gearbox body temperature, hour productivity; also, we technicians will test tillers in different season like winter and summer. This can promise our tiller can win perfect performance in different areas and different seasons.

PACKING &LOADING

Normally, 40ft container can load 132 tillers
