It includes every effect heating evaporator, every effect separator,condenser,thermal compression pump,insulating tube,vacuum system, every effect feed liquid transfer pump, condensed discharge pump, operating platform,electrical control cabinet,valve,pipeline.

Working principle:

Material is added from the heating chamber top , it flows down assuming film-shape by the liquid distributor’distribution. During the flow, it is heated and vaporized by the heating medium in shell side.Produced steam and the liquid phase go into the evaporator separation chambertogether.It separates gas and liquid fully .steam comes the condenser and condensed or to the next evaporator and be the heating medium to realize multi-effect operation. The liquid phase is discharged from the separation chamber.

Main application:

It is widely used for water solution concentration like glucose,starch sugar,sorbitol,fresh milk,juice,vitamin-C, maltodextrin.It can be used for waste liquid treatment in monosodium glutamate,alcohol,fish meal industries.
