INTRODUCTION
1,All machineries need workshop height under 4metres. The packaging machine need 6 meters,
if the height of workshop is 4 meters, we can adjust the packaging machine to meet the height
limit.
2, It is full automatic production line.
In raw material pre-handling section, there is Average Feeder, which automatic control the
input quantity of fresh potatoes. And after peeling machine, there is checking platform, operators
pick out the bad potato, take out the rotten part, then make sure the good one going to the next
processes.
3, Tap water washing, after the slicing/sectioning, the slicer go to the tap water rinsing machine,
which including deforming device, 12 pcs high-pressure spray nozzle, and dreg-revomoving
machine, These machineries can make the circle water clean, removing sugar and enzyme
content of the potato slices, make sure the finished potato chips quality. And circle water would
save water consumption...
4, Second-class Blanching, which further remove sugar and enzyme content. It also including
dreg-removing machine, make the circle water clean...
5, Before frying, the process is water-dropping/dehydrating, so that the potato slices are fried
peacefully. If no this dehydrating, the oil must be splashed in the workshop with crackle noisy,
and not safe for the operators...
6, Continuous frying system, including dreg-removing machine, oil smoke-emission device,
which can make the oil clean, make the workshop clean. And also including the oil-dropping
system, the leached oil will return the frying machine, saving oil.
7, The packaging machine is gas filled packaging, which can longer the shelf life of the potato
chips and make sure the potato chips complete in the transport.
8, We supply the plant plane layout design, installation and debugging services, and also the
production formula. There are two stage for the installation and debugging, first stage is before
shipment. Our engineer will install all machines in factory, and buy 1 ton fresh potatoes, invite
customer to check the machine running, if all things is ok, effect shipment, make sure all
machine sent to customer are the quality ones.
The second stage, after machine arrive customers warehouse. Our engineers, who are
professional and worked for Lay's, Oishi company, will go to customers plant to install and
debug machines and training staff how to operate the machines. Till the production line can
produce qualified potato chips, they back.
All these things we do is helping customer set up a plant, making sure the plant can produce
qualified products, and making sure customer can earn profit from the plant
