Application:

Our pelet machine is designed to process sawdust, straw, rice husk, bamboo chips, peanut shell, etc intohigh density biomass pellets which are convenient for storage and transportation.

In addition, it also can be used to process corn, soybean, bone meal, soya meal, bran into animal feed which is good to smell andnutritious.

Working principle:

The biomass material has been on the die through the feed hopper. The press roller has been driven by principle axis, then press roller has extend the material to the nib, the material has been shaped to the cylindrical pellet in the nib for certain time and would be cut the rotary slicer, then moved to the discharge hole.

Raw materials moisture content:

Due to different kinds of raw materials, the requirements to the moisture are different. Usually we require sawdust moisturecontent 10%-18% while mix the materials evenly.

Quality Guarantee Terms:

We warrant each new product to be free from defects for a period of 12 month from the date of shipment. We will replace defective product, part or component without charge (other than transportation charges, which shall be borne by the purchaser).
