Belt filter press is a high efficient solid-liquid separation device absorbed advanced technology

Operating principles of belt filter press:

1.Belt filter press uses filtration as the medium. It makes full use of the gravity and vacuum

suction to separate liquid from solid materials.

2.Ring shaped belt is motored by electric motor and the filtration is wrapped on the belt. The

vacuum vessel and the ring shaped friction belt form the suction area.

3.Liquid pass through furrow on filtration and go into vacuum vessel through pores.Solid

materials are stopped and form filtration cakes.

4.The liquid in the vessel will be discharged after separated from steam.

5.The cake pass through the washing zone and drying zone.

6.Cake be discharged when the filtration split from belt.
