Introduction of UT50-40 Pump for Cement Mortar

UT50/40 MORTAR PUMP is widely used not only for grouting cement mortar and sand mortar, combined with accessories such as compressor and spraying gun, it is also ideal equipment applied in spraying. It is widely used for grouting in mine gallery, rail and road tunnel, hydropower construction, slope consolidation, underground engineering, subway and civil engineering etc.

Working Principle of UT50-40 Pump for Cement Mortar

Diesel engine drives the crankcase which can change the circle movement to line movement through three V belt, with the act of the crank, the cross piston connected with the end of connecting rod do the reciprocate and make the piston in the working cylinder connected with it trough the piton rod do the synchro movement. As the pistons reciprocate, the materials are continually sucked from the inlet and discharged from the outlet. The pressure indicator fitted on the top of pump head can inspect the conveying pressure.

Required Mortor Ratio:

The workable mortar should select middle sand, which the quantity of 1 mm sand by weight is 60 percent of the total sand. And max. sand grain is less than 5mm with fineness modulus>2.3. For the workable mortar, please refer to the following table:
