Main Characteristics of the Machine

1> Security

A: Adopting automatic submerged welding-arc technology

B:All of the weldings will be detected by the ultrasonic nondestructive testing method .

C :Water pollution: During the operation, the water we use is recycling one to cool down the gas-oil and convert into liquid oil in the condensers. No pollution at all.

D:Solid pollution: the solid after pyrolysis is the crude carbon black and steel wires which can bedeep-processed or sold directly with its value.

3.The heating system.

a:Enlarge heating square-the reactor is horizontal,so most parts will have chance to be heated.

b:Enlarge the lifetime of reactors-the temperature of the reactor is even,so it is not easy to be out of shape.

c:Easy to control the tempetrature when heated,the reactor is rotating,so the temperature of every part will be even.

d:Improved the oil output-compared with the indirectly heating system ,the tyre will be pyrosised fully.

5.Fully-enclosed Automatic Carbon Black Discharging System- Clean and Convenient.

The discharging place is at the center.The carbon get out during the rotation of the reactor and the screws inside the reactor,then down into the cart we supply.No carbon will fly out.

6.Cooling system

a:High oil output-We apply the vertical condensers to cool down the gas oil.Compared with coil tubes,vertical condensers use recycling water,so the efficiency is much improved.

b:Easy to clean-You just need a stick to clean them.However ,coil tubes are not convenient to clean ,because you have to take part of them.

7,Long lifetime

The lifetime of the main reactor is about 3-5 years,largely prolong the use time of the machine.We have one year free repairment guarantee period.
