(1) 6.50mm material Q195,M10→LW560 type cold-type wire drawing machine drawing to 2.20mm annealing→LT12/350 type water tank wire drawing machine draw to 1.10-0.90mm → use 300mm spool → double annealing → 12/356 type production line galvanization(use spool pay-off stand → wash with hydrochloric acid → wash with water → electroplate<mix plating solution> → wash with cold water → wash with hot-water → drying → 356type wire rewinding machine rewind wire)→ weigh → bundle up → pack → be put in storage
