Principle

Rotary kiln is composed of kiln cylinder, transmission device, support device, retainer wheel device, kiln front sealing device, kiln end sealing device, kiln hood etc.

Raw material is fed into the kiln cylinder from the higher end. The inclined rotary cylinder will rotate slowly. In this way, raw material will roll in the peripheral direction and at the same time move from the higher end to lower end, raw material will be decomposed and burned into clinker. Finally the clinker will be discharged from the lower end and be conveyed into the cooler.

Cement kiln is used for making of cement clinker and there are dry and wet methods to make cement. metallurgy chemical kiln is used for magnetic roasting of iron ore and oxidizing roasting of chrome and nickel in the steel factory; baking high-alumina mine in the refractory material factory; baking Chalmette and alumina in the aluminum factory and baking chrome ore and chrome powder in the chemical plant.
Lime kiln is used for baking active lime and dolomite in the steel factory and ferroalloy factory.
