Introduction

Wood crusher can process raw and fresh wood with size less than 250mm(diameter). After crushed, the output

size can reach diameter 3-5mm , which is suitable for further briquetting and drying.

Structure

It is composed of machine body, knife chipping part, chips re-crushing part and sieving part, etc. It combines both

chipping and crushing in one machine, can make sawdust in one passage, no need to use wood chipper for pre-processing of wood logs.

Working principle of wood crusher

It uses blades to cutting and high speed airflow to reduce the wood into sawdust and granular with different fineness. While the blades inside are cutting with a high rotating speed, the rotor generates strong airflow which rotates st the same direction as rotor. As the blades rotate and cut, the airflow crushes the material at the same time. In this way, the speed of sawdust ouput can be increased.
