OMEGA Deck Ovens is reliable and operationally safe oven. The well insulated oven chamber ensurefirst-rate heat economy, while keeping the exterior cool.

Omega's baking decks arehermetic and totally independent offering the possibility of selecting different temperature for top and bottom, in this way it ispossible to bake at the same time different products in each deckor ,in case of periods with less production, it's possible to use only some decks avoiding to heat the whole oven(running economy ).

Models from 2 to 4 trays ,possibility of laying till 5 chambers one on the top of the other,more than 20 solutions for pastry shoops, bakeries, hotels, fast -food, restaurants.

Standard Feature

1.Flexible module systerm design ,up to five decks in height.
2.Thermal insulation is ensured by rockwool panels from 100 to 140mm of width according to the walls, for and improved security and an optimal energetic productivity.

3.High or low style , each deck can individually regulated with separate settings for the top , bottom heat .
4.Oven chamber door with glass window. The doors pivot upwords and inwards meaning that an open door will not limit the working area in front of the oven.

5.Introducing microcomputer controller , this provide freely chooice of bakery time as required , bakerytemperature and heat are well-proportioned.

6. The deck ovens has a built-in halogen lamp each deck to ensure effective work lighting.

Optionals: steam generators, under built prover, stone soles and locking castors.
