1.Brife introduction ofdust collector

Dust Collector is a high performance bag filter recently developed by our company on the basis of foreign advancedtechnology.By using high energy offline clean dust way,features in bag clean dust capacity ,good clean dust effect,low resistance,log use life of filter bag,high dust removal efficiency etc,which overcome the disadvantage of traditional dust filter.It's widely used in ore crushing,sand making,cement enterprise of the grinding,broken,packagin,silo top and dosing system for dust removal .It can not only purify the general dust-contined gas,but also can deal with high concentration(up to 1300g/Nm³)dust-contained gas.In addition to the minerl,cement industry,it ca also be used for food,light industry,electric power,chemical industry,metallurgy industry and so on for dust removal

2.Performance features

The dustcollector is made up of upper box,middle ox,lower box,dust discharging device,pulse soot cleaning device,electricalcontrol system etc.The upper box:including the cover which can be open,the ceiling ,the pulse valve,the lifting valve ,net gas chamber;midde box:including shell,the filter bag,bag cage,air in and out flue;The lower box:including pillar,ash hopper,access door;discharging device:incluing screw conveyor(or air transport slides),lock wind valve;Th control part:PCL control cabinet.

Dust gas enter into airinlet of dust under the actio of the system fan,then steer into ash hopper under the action flow board.Due to dust gas flow slowly and inertia,shelf-respect rol,thick dust particles fall into ash hopper directly,other more light dust particles adsorbed on the filter bag appearance surface ,the filtered clean gas enter into the gs champer on net and discharge from outtake.dustcatcher's airinlet in the ash hopper,dust gas neetr baffle of top of blast piled up and system running resistance to increase gradually with the continuous filtration.To ensure the normal opearion of the system,the dust catcher's resistance limit nust be maintained between 1500-1700Pa,when exceeding the range of limit,PLC controller will clean dust according to the program(certain time interval or soot cleaning cycle)three state out dust.
