It is used for calcinating high standard cement in cement factories, but also widely used in metallurgy, construction and chemical industry. Rotary Kiln Features:

1) The rotary kiln is an inclined rotary cylinder, the raw material enter the cylinder through the high end of the machine,then move in with the movement of of the rotary kiln. Therefore, the rotary kiln is a conveying equipment.
2) Rotary kiln is a combustion device.

3) Rotary kiln has the function of heat exchange.
4) Rotary kiln has the chemical reaction function.
5) The rotary kiln has the function of degrading and re-using the waste.

Limestone Rotary Kiln Operating principle:

The raw material is delivered into the cold side, however, due to the obliquity and swing function, the raw material is ceaseless moving to the hot side. The fuel spews from the hot side burning and releasing heat as well as producing high temperature fumes. The hot air driven by the fan flows from the hot side to the cold side. The material and the fumes exchange the heat in the process of inverse motion, which burns the raw material into clinker.
