FC-25 cast iron machine frame, vibration-free at high speed operation. Main motor by using Servo motor ( YASKAWA brand ) and driven by timing belt, quite and precise Precise doctor blade chamber system with ceramic anilox roller, suitable for superfine printing quality PLC memory module type (300 sets) servo motor auto position control system for impression adjustment. Printing roller, in-feed and out-feed are driven by servo motor (YASKAWA brand) Use electronictype push-button device to adjust the regestration with forward and back adjustment Automatic tension control (MITUSBISHI brand)+ magnetic brack on unwind and rewind. Electronic type automatic edge position control (EPC) on unwind. Electric control by using PLC( MITUSBISHI brand ) with full color touch-screen human machine interface (HMI). Single-chip advanced print inspection system (SONY brand) with full color LCD monitor. All rotating rollers are treated with dynamic balance adjustment. Line speed controlled by harmony synchronoun driving system. Automatic changer for unwinder and rewinder.
