Single axis dust humidifying machine is composed by four parts :continuously supplying materials, blades transporting, mixed striking and humidifying, vibration system, together with special electric and water supply system. The whole equipment fixed on the base, cylinder is supported by four groups elastic components, through the excitation device shocking to make the machine in operation process, cylinder vibrate with high frequency, making inner and mixer shaft always maintain a space, so greatly reduce the operation resistance, completely eliminate the boring machine, stall phenomenon, save machine halt repair time and increase the work efficiency. Water supply is controlled by the valve group. In order to steady water supply and clean water quality,it set filter in pipeline,and use main control cabinet to interlocks control all parts of humidifying machine,in order to achieve the purpose of water supply to operate keeping constant humidity.

6. This machine is flexible in arrangement, chain and straight league two kinds of forms, transmission mechanism uses cycloid reducer.

7. 1. Before starting must be carefully checked all parts whether complete, fasteners are tight, whether sealing parts tight.

2. Reducer to infuse 30# or 40# machine oil, users can also choose suitable lubricating oil according to local conditions, then can put into normal operation.

3. The machine should start running in normal, then can feed, supply water, before stop machine shall first stop feeding, until material discharging empty. When running if find motor load suddenly increase or decrease, mechanical system has abnormal phenomenon, must immediately stop check and remove the faults. After faults are removed then can continue to put into production.
